Privacy policy

The short version: we keep your email so we can send you the file you asked for and the occasional tip. We don't sell it, and you can leave any time.

Who we are

Jess Runs the House is part of Planwell Studio, operated by The Tree Butler LLC in Edmond, Oklahoma. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].

What we collect

• Your email address, when you request a free download or subscribe.
• Your order details when you buy a template. Checkout runs on Payhip and its payment processors, so we receive your email and an order summary, never your card number.
• Basic usage data such as pages viewed, the link that brought you here and your country. A small first-party cookie remembers which social channel sent you for 30 days so we know what is working.
• Anything you send us by email.

How we use it

• To send the free file you asked for, then occasional tips and offers from Jess Runs the House.
• To deliver purchases and answer questions.
• To see which pages and posts people find useful.

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. One click and you're out.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run this site: Cloudflare for hosting, MailerLite for email, and Payhip with Stripe and PayPal for checkout. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy. We don't sell personal information.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site and in our emails are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom. To have your information deleted, email [email protected] and we'll remove it within 30 days.

Age

This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes
